If you are selling your property in Brazil, we collect the buyers deposit and the remaining balance and arrange for transfer of all the accounts from your name to buyers. We arrange and assure that all the sale proceeds are transferred according to your instructions.

New Frontiers reviews all the applicable title certificates to assure that the property and the seller are free and clear of any liens before transfer of title in to your name. If there are any outstanding payments due, we make sure they are paid in full by the responsible party on or before the closing. As a seller also you can be assured that all the necessary title certificates are obtained and cleared on a timely manner . The title report is then professionally packaged and provided to the buyer.
 
New Frontier also provides the option of title insurance by major US title companies.

If you are not a permanent resident of Brazil, you are not authorized to own a Brazilian bank account which makes buying and selling real estate in Brazil a risky business. With New Frontiers, you can be assured of a smooth and timely transfer of funds from your accounts overseas as a buyer or from the proceeds of the sale of your property without any hassles and worries. We strongly advise against transferring 10's of 1000's of currency to the account of sellers without the use of a trust account.
 
Other common means such as direct transfers without having an account in Brazil is at best a very risky business. We also advise against using the unofficial currency exchange services.
 
Real Estate transaction via official banking system with proper recording is the only secured way to invest.
